Warranty
Every VLUX veranda carries a five year guarantee: five years on the aluminium framework and two years on fabrics, including blind material and motors.
The framework is powder coated to hold its colour under UV, and the glazing is laminated safety glass rated for UK wind and snow loads. Glass breakage caused by impact is not covered.
The warranty assumes the structure was installed by us on a base that met the survey requirements, and that moving parts are kept clean. Wash frames and glass with water and mild detergent; no solvents.
To make a claim, call 0121 630 1458 or email sales@luxuryverandas.co.uk with your order number and photographs.
